1. How does JukeBot Studios work?

Step 1 - Choose your song package and complete checkout.

Step 2 - Fill out our song request form with details about your story, vibe, language, and preferences. (*Note: Pick a language you understand for your song!)

Step 3 - We create your custom song and deliver it to you within the selected timeframe. Each song is made from scratch based on your responses.

2. How long does it take to receive my song?

All standard orders are delivered within 2–3 business days, regardless of tier.

Rush delivery may be available by request for an additional fee. Availability is not guaranteed and depends on current workload.

3. How long will my song be?

Song length depends on the package selected:

• Jingles / Sounds: Under 1 minute

• Gold & Platinum Songs: Between approximately 2–4 minutes (similar to radio-length songs)

• Diamond (Premium) Songs: Due to detail, typically averaging around 4 minutes

4. What details can I request in my song?

All requests are collected through our song request form. You may request the following and more:

• Mood or vibe

• Genre or musical style

• Language

• Names, dates, or personal details

• Vocal style

5. Can I request revisions?

Yes — revision availability depends on your package:

Gold Package: No lyrical or creative revisions. Technical fixes only (e.g. audio glitches, audio cutting off before song completion)

Platinum Package: Includes one creative revision request (Include ALL edits in one email)

Diamond Package: Multiple revisions discussed during your personal session

Important:

A “revision” means submitting all requested changes at once in a single message. One revision does not mean one small edit — it means one consolidated list of changes. For example, "I would like the genre to be more 90's pop. Change the lyrics from 'it's gonna be me,' to 'it's gonna be MAY.' Make the chorus sound like a church choir. Add more cowbell!"

6. How will my song be delivered?

Your final song will be delivered as: MP3 and WAV files

Delivery is typically via email, unless you request a preferred method (such as Dropbox).

7. Can I share my song on social media?

Yes! You may:

• Share your song on personal social media accounts

• Send it to friends and family

• Gift it to someone special

Songs are for personal, non-commercial use only unless Full Ownership Rights are purchased.

8. Do I own the song?

By default, JukeBot Studios retains full ownership of all songs.

Customers receive a license for personal, non-commercial use.
If you wish to use your song for business, advertising, or commercial purposes, you must purchase Full Ownership Rights and sign a separate agreement.

9. What happens if I purchase music distribution?

If you purchase the distribution add-on:

• The song will be distributed under JukeBot Studios and our label on Music streaming platforms including, but not limited to Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes, Amazon Music, Tidal, Deezer, Pandora, Qobuz. Additionally on Social & Video platforms including but not limited to TikTok, YouTube Music, Instagram/Facebook.

• Royalties and ownership remain with JukeBot Studios

• Placement, streams, or revenue are not guaranteed

10. What is your refund policy?

Every song we create is fully custom and made to order. Because each piece is uniquely crafted and cannot be reused, we are unable to offer refunds once production has begun.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, minus applicable service fees.

We guarantee with every order:

• A high-quality recording

• A song that meets the selected length

• Vocals performed on key

• Lyrics that accurately include elements of your story and at least four details you provided

If any of these standards are not met, and you notify us within one week of receiving your song, we will correct the issue at no additional cost.

Revisions based on personal taste or stylistic preference fall outside of these guarantees and may require a revision fee depending on scope.

11. I didn’t receive a confirmation email — what should I do?

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase confirming that your song is in production, please contact us at [email protected].

Occasionally, technical issues can occur, and we want to ensure no requests are missed — especially during our launch phase.
