JukeBot Studios Customer Terms of Use

By accessing or purchasing from jukebotstudios.com, any of its subdomains, and any other websites operated by our company or on our behalf and any other services we offer, JukeBot Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

This site is owned and operated by JukeBot Studios (“JukeBot Studios,” “us,” “our,” or “we”).  You may use this site only subject to your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.  If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the site.  If you use the site, or if you order merchandise through the site, we accept this as your acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms.


1. Services


JukeBot Studios provides custom music services, including personalized songs created based on information submitted by the customer through our order forms. All songs are custom-made and tailored to each request.


2. How the Process Works


After purchase, customers are required to complete a questionnaire detailing their song request. JukeBot Studios will create the song based on the information provided. Creative interpretation is part of the process, and final results may vary based on artistic discretion.


3. Turnaround Time


Turnaround times are estimates only and may vary depending on order volume, song complexity, and selected package. Delays do not constitute grounds for refunds.


4. Revisions


Revision availability depends on the package purchased:

  • Gold Package: No lyrical revisions (technical fixes only).
  • Platinum Package: Up to two lyrical revisions.
  • Diamond Package: Includes revisions as outlined during the personal session.


Additional revisions outside the package scope may require an extra fee.


5. Ownership & Usage Rights


Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • JukeBot Studios retains full copyright ownership of all songs created.
  • Customers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Personal use includes sharing on personal social media accounts and private gifting.
  • Commercial use (including advertisements, business branding, monetized platforms, resale, or redistribution) is strictly prohibited unless Full Ownership Rights are purchased.


6. Full Ownership Rights


Customers may purchase Full Ownership Rights as an add-on. Ownership transfer is only granted after:

  1. Full payment is received, and
  2. A separate Ownership Rights Agreement is signed.
  3. Without completing both steps, no ownership transfer occurs.


7. Commercial & Business Use


Songs may not be used for business, promotional, advertising, or commercial purposes without explicit written permission or ownership transfer from JukeBot Studios.


Businesses interested in commercial use must contact us directly.


8. Music Distribution Add-On


If purchased, JukeBot Studios will assist with music distribution as a courtesy service. We do not guarantee placement, performance, streaming numbers, or revenue from distribution platforms.


9. Refund Policy


Due to the custom nature of our services:

All sales are final once work has begun.

  • No refunds are issued for completed or partially completed work.
  • Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in rare circumstances.


10. Customer Responsibilities


Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and appropriate information
  • Ensuring submitted content does not infringe on third-party rights
  • Reviewing order details before submission


JukeBot Studios is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.



11. Limitation of Liability


JukeBot Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.


12. Right to Refuse Service


We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including inappropriate content, abusive behavior, or requests that conflict with our values or capabilities.


13. Changes to These Terms


JukeBot Studios reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
