REFUND AND REVISION POLICY 

Every song we create is fully custom and made to order. Since each piece is uniquely crafted for a specific customer and cannot be reused, we’re unable to offer refunds once production has begun.

If you need to cancel your order, you may request a cancellation to [email protected]. If the song has not begun production, a refund will be given, minus the applicable service fee.

We understand that music is personal and subjective, and occasionally something may not resonate the way you hoped. We review these situations individually. If you notify us within 1 week of receiving your song of technical issues such as the recording cutting off audio at the end, glitches in the audio, we will correct the issue at no additional cost.

Revisions based on personal taste or stylistic preference fall outside of guaranteed revisions. In those cases, we’re happy to make adjustments, but a revision fee may apply depending on the scope of the changes, to fairly compensate the artist for their time.
